A couple of folks have been curious what the studio looks like.  It is humble, believe me.  It consists of my easel in the corner of my garage next to stored kids toys and general clutter.  Notice the rug under my chair for warmer feet on a concrete floor.  The painting in the picture is as of this moment unfinished (hopefully finished by tonight) and is a commission.  Other items of note include my toolbox full of paint.  You can see some unfinished ACEO’s in the brush tray too.

"Studio" ;-)

  2. Zachary, your work is brilliant, both color-wise and conceptually. Your style is really cool. I have seen a few artists and designers use a similar style, but they don’t use such vibrant colors, the lien weight and variety, or simple symbolism that you do. your paintings, and I’m not trying to be a jerk, are really fun to look at too. They’re like childhood, but something a child couldn’t create.
